Our History
In 1977, our owner, Signe Grimstad, joined her father’s practice after graduating from the University of Oregon. She later purchased a local practice with a large municipal clientele base. When her father retired in 1986, she continued as the sole proprietor and even expanded the firm to include a second location in Lincoln City.
Today, the firm is a sole proprietorship with a fully skilled team. Our experienced team includes certified public accountants, paraprofessionals, bookkeepers, and an officer manager, and an administrative assistant. Over the last 30 years, we’ve provided expert services for our clients along the West Coast.
